30 Minute Power Yoga
Kassandra put together a 30-minute power yoga routine. The biggest difference between regular yoga and power yoga is the speed of practice. Normal yoga can be a little slower and methodical while power yoga is performed much quicker.
Kassandra also used blocks in this yoga session. The blocks add a spin on traditional yoga poses and transitions. Check out the full video below via YouTube.
